Up for auction is a Fender Custom Vibrolux Reverb all tube amp including tube driven reverb/vibrato. I bought this as a NOS (new old stock) from a music store. These amps are famous for white noise and hiss, so I sent the chassis to Fromel Electronics for upgrade. The amp was converted to a Vibroverb circuit via their Supreme kit that eliminates all white noise/hiss and totally opens up the amp, the reverb, vibrato, and overall tone of this amp is outstanding now. I also upgraded the output transformer with a new Mercury Magnetics unit that adds headroom and clarity, added a master volume located on the back panel to drive the tubes hard at a lower neighbor friendly volume. Comes with the original tube set from Fender and a complete new Preferred Series retube set from the Tubestore. Two matched 6L6GC power tubes , five 12AX7A preamp tubes, one Jan-Philips12AT7WC reverb/vibrato tube. Cosmetically no rips in the tolex or grille cloth the amp looks brand new, there are light black spots on the pictures that's from my camera. I'm selling because of I have too many amps and favor my Marshalls. Please no International bidders will only ship to the 48 lower United States. Any questions please ask.
