A remarkably well preserved pre-CBS treasure. This is a 1960 Fender Duo-Sonic that has been very well taken care of. It was kept in climate controlled storage in a private collection for more than 30 years and has seen very little play. It is 100% original, has had no modifications and still has the original cord that came with it back in 1960. It has the original hard case in wonderful shape, clay dots, beautiful rosewood slab, early knobs....Just enough patina and aging of the finish to add to the mojo. The finish on the neck is perfect and is super smooth and fast. I have cleaned the pots and jack with a bit of Deoxit and it the tone and volume of this little gem will knock your socks off. Own a piece of Fender pre-CBS history.
