What makes this guitar special: Made for only a very short time right at the end of the '70s & into 1980, this rocking Beast sounds great & is tons of fun to play! Sporting a pair of DiMarzio humbuckers, it features a maple neck bolted onto a solid mahogany body. Professionally set up by our own master luthier with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds fantastic!Cosmetic Condition: Various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches & some mild finish wear. Overall the guitar looks great with a nice patina.Neck: Rounded, wide profile maple neck with rosewood fingerboard & pearloid dot inlays. Frets show some light wear, but have plenty of life in them. Paddle headstock with sealed chrome tuners in perfect working condition. 1 11/16" nut width with zero fret & 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rod works fine.Body: Single-cutaway, solid mahogany body in natural finish. String-thru bridge with adjustable saddles. 3-ply black pickguard is in great shape with no cracks. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 4.4 oz.Pickups: DiMarzio double cream humbuckers with exposed coils. Bridge - 11.78K ohms; Neck - 8.32K ohms. Master volume & tone controls with "G" Arrow knobs & 3-way mini toggle switch. All electronics are in perfect working condition.Case: Original hardshell case included.
