I purchased this guitar from Richard Bruné in 1974. It is a one owner Spruce Top Concert Classic Bruné. The back and sides are Brazillian Rosewood and the fingerboard is ebony (I believe). From the beginning this guitar had an exceptionally sweet and lyrical sound. The original finish was a very light oil varnish. Mr Bruné replaced the top in the early 1980's and refinished the guitar with French polish. From the late 1980's this guitar was rarely played and has remained essentially a "Case Queen" meaning it has virtually NO SIGN OF WEAR. While the guitar has been stored at 50% humidity most of this time, however the fingerboard has dried and needs work as there is slight buzz on low E and A strings. I would advise having Mr Brune rework the fret board. The action is low: 1.09 mm at high E, 4.15 at low E. The string length is 655 mm with a 53 mm nut. I will allow returns after a 3 day inspection for qualified buyers. Please contact me with any questions or comments.
