This is the last remaining violin in our inventory from the Dragon series, and we're closing it out as a 2017 Summer special to make room for some new instruments. This beautiful Strad-model violin features selected, well-aged tonewoods (including well-flamed maples), a beautifully antiqued varnish, genuine ebony fittings including heart-shaped pegs, a Wittner German tailpiece with 4 fine tuners, a Despiau French "B" bridge and Pirastro Tonica strings. The tone could be considered bold, medium-bright with very good volume and projection.
