1990 Mesa/Boogie Mark IV Combo Guitar amplifier in excellent condition. Purchased from second owner and includes original paperwork, cover, and factory casters. The original paperwork includes owners manual & operating guide, warranty card, return and repair information, list of "repair stations," red "CAUTION" operation/safety tag, Mesa/Boogie "The Spirit of Art in Technology" bumper sticker and the original Mesa Engineering Envelope. This Amp has been kept in a smoke free, temperature controlled environment at home with very little playing time. It does have a couple of light scratches (one small and a few tiny tears in the tolex), but the grill-cloth has NO TEARS. Overall, it's in incredible shape for a 27 year old amp! These older Mesas are collectible and this will one will eventually be worth much more than this purchase price, especially with the original paperwork.Besides the fact this amp absolutely ROARS, one of the great things about the Mark IV is the five position foot-switch (which is included) that makes it super easy to switch between settings on the fly, a great feature since these amps have a LOT of different sounds! The foot-switch mounts to back of amp for easy transport (see pic). Pound for pound, and inch for inch, you'll be hard pressed to find an amp that measures up to one of these in terms of power, dynamics, tone and range of club/hall size it is suitable for! The original owner added a couple of useful features including a tilt back leg on the right side which allows for better sound projection, and a power strip on the inside which plugs into the power slave and allows easy hookup of multiple devices through the amp.
