Like the legendary Brock/Dapra burst this guitar has that deep three dimensional flame with avery figured top. This solid Mahogany body is 8.9 pounds same weight as a good '59 burst'.There is not a lot known about these guitars, but what has come up is a limited run of just 500.Which makes this guitar a very rare bird indeed! I had another about 2 years ago & sold to acollector who loves bursts. This is the only other I have seen in that time.Obviously Blueridge makes very high quality acoustic guitars.The guitar plays great & the pups sounds great. Sustain goes on & on, the body weight givingthat beefy LP sound. The guitar has been well played & shows a few scars here & there, but nothing major & addscharacter to it. The wood has had time to mellow & open up.This guitar comes with a long tenon neck (same as Gibson/Orville) & sustains longer than myOrville with Seymour Duncan pups in.Note : The Neck pick up shows a crack in the plastic casing.
