Here's an all original, 1974 Gibson Les Paul Special!This beauty plays incredibly well and has an amazing neck. It's close to a '60s profile, and gets slightly larger as you go up. The action is low and slinky as well. The frets are on the low side, but still have life left. The P-90 pickups sound fantastic! The neck pickup is thick & warm with great bass response. The bridge pickup is bright and very full sounding. It's also touch sensitive, and really responds to your picking attack. The guitar sounds so good with gain...just a screamer! There's nothing like old P-90s. This is a great way to get into a vintage Les Paul Special, without having to pay the big price for something from the '50s!
