I have a Wechter Scheerhorn Rob Ickes Model squareneck resonator guitar up for bid. It has the spruce top and the rosewood back and sides. Incredible bass with the rosewood! This thing is a beauty and sounds and plays great. It is in great shape with only some small scratches that you would have to look real close to see. There is one little spot on the side where there is just a little bubble from the finish trying to come off. Not even a bubble really, just a clear spot. It is less than a quarter in diameter, I would say. I tried to capture it in the pictures. Part of the word scheerhorn on the peghead has kind of faded off due to the leather strap I used on it. The case is in great shape with some minor scuffs and scratches, however there is a cut about three quarters of an inch that is near the handle. A Fishman Nashville pickup has been added from the previous owner. I have used it and it works great. No preamp required. You can go straight into the amp. As you can see in the pictures, the spider is the kind where you can adjust the inserts and tighten them back down with the screws. Brand new set of EJ 42 strings on it.
