Up for sale here is the classic fat warm Oberheim analog sound in a convenient little box perfect for your studio or live rig. This is one of the most versatile genuine vintage synths out there, it has potential that has still been untapped. It was used by Depeche Mode on Songs of Faith & Devotion, as well as Aphex Twin on Selected Ambient Works Vol. II, just to give you an idea of what it can do. Cosmetically, the synth is worn from being used since the 80's, but it functions better than new thanks to the last official Oberheim firmware upgrade & a mod that makes it respond to MIDI more smoothly (the green wire pictured). I've tested it out with various software editors over a Midisport Uno cable and it works without a hiccup. I've inspected it meticulously and can guarantee it works great.
