The amp is 100% working and is in very good shape for an amp this age.
The knob on the HIGH control has broken off. The potentiometer is good and works. it's just the plastic knob that is bad.
The crack on the bottom side is the tolex shrinking and not a structural crack.
The power cable is the original 2 prong with no ground. You'll probably want to change this.
According to the serial number the year of manufacture is 1968.
