Up for sale is the classic SEQUENTIAL CIRCUITS PROPHET 600 vintage analog synthesizer.
As I tested the unit, I noticed the keys seem to be out of pitch as well as one every six keys not producing sound which probably means one of the voice chips is not working. I also noticed all the knobs only respond when the pitch wheel is bent down on the low end somehow, so I'm selling this AS IS to be used with some servicing done.Besides the issues mentioned above, all the key contacts are fine as well as all the buttons and switches responding correctly. All the program presets play fine, editing and saving memories is fine. I have not tested TAPE loading buttons as I don't have the necessary gears.
Cosmetically the unit is in very nice condition as you can see. There are some wear and marks here and there, but nothing too major. I'm including plenty of pictures so you can see exactly how it looks.
