This is my Rickenbacker 4003S. There are many like it but this one is mine. And it could be yours. This beauty in Midnight Blue is available to a good home. I've had it a little while and its spent most of its time indoors. I used it for maybe two gigs. Its in great shape and everything works like you'd expect. As you can see I've removed the pickup cover. I'm pretty sure I still have it and will include it when I find it. I've also installed a replacement Hipshot bridge. I know this gets Ric purists get all upset, but the Hipshots really are better, sorry. I'll include the original. It has the pull-up control knob "bright" feature the Ric has been installing lately. I've adjusted the neck pretty flat (as Ric recommends) and it sounds good with the flats I've put on it. I'll include a long 1/4" socket wrench so you can tweak the neck when you want to. Notice that the S Models have a single mono output, no binding and dot inlays. They're also more rounded and don't dig you in the chest quite so much. The finish is beautiful with only a tiny bit of buckle rash that was hard to photograph. The original Ric case has some damage around one of the feet. It was like this when I bought it and I never did anything about it. I'm a good Southern Boy so I should have put some Bondo on it....maybe I'll leave that to you. Price includes shipping to anywhere in the lower 48. No shipping to anywhere else, sorry. The fine print: I generally ship on Saturdays, so keep that in mind when you bid and pay. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING EVEN IF YOU HAVE PEFECT FEEDBACK. Sorry friends, nothing personal, it’s just that I’ve had uniformly poor experience with shipping outside the US and it’s just not worth the hassle. Things get lost or take forever to arrive and people (rightly) get upset, even if they’ve promised not to. And that's all I have to say about that.
