This antique Mahogany Baldwin Baby Grand Piano Model M (115193) and bench date back to 1951 and are still in fantastic condition! I inherited it from my grandparents and am now selling it to go to college. All dampers work, all pedals work, all the hammers work, and all the keys work. It has held its tune for years and still retains its mirror-like shine after being so well taken care of over the years. Piano was professionally appraised by R. Ridgley Fisher of for $10,449. This appraisal was done made in strict compliance with the Principles of Appraisal Practice and code of Ethics of the American Society of Appraisers. You can download the appraisal form here: There are a few nicks and dings around the perimeter of the surface. The top has a circular mark about 1.7in in diameter and a darker circular mark underneath the hinged hood about 2.5in in diameter from leaving candles on it unattended. All these issues can be fixed easily with a good refinishing job which will make it look like it was just like new!
