This is a brand new custom guitar.
Body is two piece swamp Ash, lighter than traditional Ash,( from which baseball bats are made from.), and an excellent tone wood.
Neck is North Eastern Rock Maple w/ Rosewood fingerboard. Includes headstock adjustable double action truss rod, 22 medium jumbo frets, 12" radius, 2 thin coats clear satin laquer and is 25 1/2" scale.
Nut is Tusq, ( a synthetic material simulating ivory with built in lubrication to facilitate easy and stable tuning).
Pickups: Kent Armstrong
1. neck pickup - TL4F hot rhythm pickup, alnico V pole pieces w/ DC resistance = 7.5K, 2 core lead wire. Warm neck pickup wound slightly brighter and hotter than the standard vintage neck pickup and is reverse wound to compliment the TL4R.
2. bridge pickup - TL4R hot lead pickup, Alinco V pole pieces w/ DC resistance = 8.7K. Snappy low end, striking mids and biting high end.
Bridge: Gotoh 6 saddle bridge adjustable for string hieght and intonation.
Pots: WD,( mftd by CTS)
Switch: CRL 3 position
Jack: Switchcraft
Tuners: Genuine Kluson tuners
Finish: High gloss black poly, w/ clear top coats.
This instrument comes with a hardshell case.
