This is a beautiful Yamaha YCL-450 Grenadilla Wood Clarinet in excellent condition as it is less than 2 years old. The only signs of wear is a bit of wear on the G# key and a tiny bit of wear on a few other keys. This instrument plays great and has beautiful warm tune. Comes with B45 Vandoren mouthpiece, 8 Vandoren reeds, and a cleaning swab.Instrument description via YamahaWith its intermediate line, Yamaha seeks to provide the diligent, promising student with an instrument that will likely be the "last stop" before he or she takes a deep breath and purchases an investment-grade instrument. In order to make the keys to the appropriate strength level, a technique called power forging is used.
