Vintage ORIGINAL HARMONY ROCKET TRIPLE-PICKUP ELECTRIC HOLLOW-BODY GUITAR

With one owner since 1963, the first year Harmony came out with the cherry red color. Has some minor wear (small chips, surface scratches on back, slight indentations, etc.) from several years of moderate use, and one of the pearl-like position marker inlays is missing from the fretboard (see photo), but is in surprisingly good condition for a 54 year old guitar. Has not been used for over 35 years. The two most significant paint-chipped spots are: 1. along the top edge of the headstock and 2. one chip on the edge of the body just below the volume and tone knobs. Significant wear spots are shown in photos. Please examine them carefully. Has three pickups, each with individual volume and tone controls, and a selector switch to select any one pickup, or all three together. All parts are functioning. Note: I seem to remember having something done to the third pickup (closest to the bridge) years ago (would have been between 1964 and 1967), though I can't remember what or why. The main clue is that the screw heads on that pickup are different than those on the other two pickups. But everything, other than perhaps those two screws, is original Harmony equipment.Comes with the following FREE accessories: white coil-type cord (needs one jack re-attached), silver metal fish-scale strap, and hard case. These are all almost as old as the guitar. Case already has some minor damage, and will be used for shipping, so no guarantees on the condition of the case when it arrives, but it has made it through two or three airplane luggage compartment trips already with no real damage.Item sold "as is"... no warranty.
