This Martin D-18 (2015) is in excellent shape. Includes K&K pickup and original Martin hard shell case. This guitar looks great, plays and sounds beautifully. ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. I bought it brand new a little over a year ago for about $2500.00. From the serial number I was able to determine that it was made in 2015. This is the updated version of the D-18- (ebony fingerboard and bridge, a higher grade of wood, new neck shape, butterbean tuners, ect).  Beautiful solid sitka spruce top and Mahogany back and sides. Mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle. The frets are nice and even and in good shape. The guitar is expertly set up. The action and string height is set low and is easy to play. At the 12th fret the string height is set to 5.5/64ths for the low E and 3.5/64ths for the high E. The neck relief is set to .005. This measurement is with the original unaltered bone saddle. The string height at the first fret (low E) is 1/64th. This guitar has been very well taken care of. When not being played it has always been kept in the case. The guitar has been used mostly for recording so it was not taken out of the house often. I have been VERY careful with humidity levels (always kept or stored between 45 and 55% RH). In the winter it has been humidified and in the summer I made sure the guitar stayed dry enough. There is a strap button and a K&K Pure Mini pickup installed (which cost about $100.00) and it works perfectly. Also includes original Martin hard shell case. Will ship to continental USA only. Thank you for taking the time to check this out.
