Alesis Andromeda A6 Analogue Monster Synthesizer For SaleAn absolute monster analogue polysynth! A synthesizer with 16 voices, each with 2 versatile VCO's, 2 voltage controlled filters (Moog 24db low-pass ladder & Oberheim style 12db multi-mode), 3 LFO's, and 3 Envelope Generators. Complex pre and post mixer sections and a modulation matrix allows for the composition of quite complex sounds. Although having 16 voices I tended to use it as an 8 voice synth with 4 VCO's, all slightly detuned against each other. I personally loved the smooth pads I was able to create and the powerful mono-synth type bass sounds. I'm now hoping to buy a Roland Jupiter 8 after many many years of patient waiting and so I've decided to let this go.This particular unit is in wonderful, almost mint condition. It has been kept inside my own smoke-free studio for the last 7 years and prior to that, it was kept by a collector. The VCO's and VCF's tune perfectly using the auto-tune function. There is very little evidence that this keyboard has been used apart from the inevitable minuscule marks, barely visible and only upon very close inspection. I have been unable to locate any form of scratching, dents or stains on both the front LCD panel and the front fascia panel. The black plastic casing is also in wonderful condition. The LCD screen is bright and has no scratches. All knobs, switches, buttons and the ribbon controller work perfectly. The keyboard is my only concern in that it shows signs of yellowing, although it is uniform across all of the keys. In fact, it is now possible to see that the previous owner, from some 7 years ago, had little 5mm diameter stickers on some of the keys as there is some contrast between the 2 shades. I've tried to depict this as best I can in the photograph. Overall however, this Andromeda A6 is in beautiful clean shape. Although I'm in no particular rush to sell this I am happy to consider sensible offers. Thanks for looking...Also included with sale:A brand new 'Flight Case Warehouse' aluminium carry case, see below link. This was bought only so that I could transport it safely by courier. The flight case has spring loaded side handles, bespoke black inner foam, and a twist locking system-A 'Digital Deck Covers' off-white cotton overlay cover, see below-A printed manual and mains lead. For further information on the Andromeda, visit:YouTube snippetshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lae0C4spghIhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49i5zIYSnms&t=1241shttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUMv2gaa1R0&t=532s
