Overhaul Specifications: ·       White Kangaroo Leather Pads ·       Tight-grained cork on all regulating points ·       Natural cork on octave lever ·       Natural cork on neck ·       Spiral polished stack screws: retain oil rather than pushing it out of the key tube
·       Synthetic lubrication ·       White rollers were installed and G# key was accented in white ·       White bumper and disc felts Saxophone Condition:  The body of the saxophone is in very good to excellent condition.  No major dents are present.  There is one small ping by the foot of the low C key guard and light, general scratching due to handling and age.  The ribbon-style key guards are straight.  A small solder void on the Eb guard was corrected.  There is lacquer loss in various areas as seen in the pictures.  The saxophone’s body is straight.  No modifications where performed on the saxophone: the body, tone holes and keys are factory stock.  All pad snaps are present and all springs are stock Norton Gold-Plated screw-in.  The body was waxed by hand so the engraving is sharp and clear. Neck Condition:  The neck is stamped 01 and has a new cork.  The neck fits precisely into the body and does not require excessive tightening of the neck screw. The neck does not appear to have been pulled down.  There is general lacquer loss and slight scratching due to handling over the years.  Please Note:  The neck cork has been sanded to accept a general mouthpiece.  It may require a small amount of finish-sanding to accept the new owner’s mouthpiece.  Case:  This saxophone comes with a brand-new Protec Contoured case.  The contoured cases are designed for vintage saxophones with left-side bell keys.
