Guitar is in pretty good condition, as photos show. Intonation and action are quite good. Feels and plays fine.Many sellers make an issue of "The Lawsuit," but that was just about a tiny detail of the headstock and has not a thing to do with the instrument's playability and shouldn't affect the price much. I think Sellers trying to get $1000.00 and more for these guitars makes no sense.There have been MILLIONS of guitars of this body type guitars made by different companies. This just happens to be one of the nicer ones.You will not be disappointed.
