This guitar has a sweet, rich and mature tone with a lovely volume and voice. The sustain is also surprising. 
The action is perfect. This instrument plays very well. 
The workmanship is superb with a beautiful mother of pearl rosette.

The guitar in excellent condition. 
Strcuturally perfect: the neck is straight, frets and fretboard are excellent. The soundboard is flat with no bowing or bellying. The bridge is solid and flat. (the white stuff by the bridge is just some gutiar polish residue...) 
Cosmetically it's in perfect condition.
