Here I have available one of the most versatile all time great player weapons.
An all original 1973 Gibson ES 335TD in Walnut including Original Orange lined hard shell case.
This 34 year old vintage classic has been hidden away, living a very sheltered life, unplayed for a decade or so as part of my vintage guitar collection. It is in exceptionally clean condition. Only light buckle rash which has not penetrated the top lacquer. The binding has majestically aged yellow contrasting gracefully against the walnut finish making this vintage mistress stand out with class. No signs of tarnish on the hardware.
I had Grover tuners on it for a while but refitted it's original Gibson Deluxe Double Ring tuners. No extra holes in the peg head.
The pencil thin neck is straight, original frets have been dressed and have approximately 60% life left. The action is slick, fast and extremely comfortable.
No cracks, breaks or repairs of the neck. No neck reset. No respray or overspray.
The original humbuckers are well balanced and punch out classic vintage tones accompanied by semi acoustic overtones which make the ES 335TD one of the most versatile player instruments suitable for a plethora of musical styles.
It's original orange lined case is in reasonable condition with the exception of it's handle which is broken but repairable.
A new buyer would not be disappointed with this classy vintage mama. It will appease the most fastidious of buyers. It has that "I don't want to put it down" feel.
