Fantastic playing professional bass trombone. Bach 50B with two wonderful Thayer Valves. Listing comes with the original hard case, a trombone stand and a Bach 1.5G mouthpiece. I played this horn throughout graduate school and now work professionally as a conductor, so I no longer need the horn. This would be a great step-up horn for a high schooler looking to play in college, or a professional. I played this horn in orchestra for years. I bought this horn from Dillion Music (One of the best and most respected dealers in the country) and I am the second owner. The Brass Lab New York City must have worked on the horn for the original owner. (This is a good thing!)
Naturally, there are some wear spots in the varnish and some re-soldering done. Also a small dint in the bell. But this does not effect the playing on the horn at all. The slide is in fantastic shape. Just needs some grease and oil and you're ready to go! Please let me know if you have questions!
