Yamaha Silent SVV200 Viola Up for sale is a used, professional Yamaha Silent electric viola. Model is: SVV-200. It has been professionally used for a few years now. It does have a cosmetic blemish/repair but does not affect the playability or performance of the viola at all…..simply cosmetic. See photo. There is a small place near the upper cornice/curve of the black body where the wood broke. It has been reinforced and super-glued. Other than this small crack, this viola has been very well cared for and regularly serviced. The battery compartment has been fully cleaned and the positive/negative wires and contacts have been re-serviced and upgraded……meaning that a professional local store (GuitarWorks in Greenwood, IN) has fully rebuilt and reinforced than the original, cheaper Yamaha electronic parts. A receipt of the service will be included in the viola case for your records.  Features:Again this is a high-end professional electric viola. It is very quiet to use for indoor practice. If still too loud, you can always place a metal or rubber mute on the bridge too to take down a little more volume and decibels. I didn’t include a chin rest or bow. This is a professional grade viola. Typical retail value is $1,500 - $1,600 (without case and with standard ebony pegs). I didn’t include a bow because this would not be someone’s first viola purchase.
