What was refurbished on this guitar:When this guitar came in from the factory, the only issue found by the authorized refurbisher was some minor finish flaws on both sides of the neck where it meets the headstock (see photos). No repairs or modifications were made to the guitar - they simply gave it a set-up and left it alone. Aside from the minor finish flaws, it looks and plays like new. Back of the headstock is NOT stamped "used" or "2nd" and the original serial # is intact. However, there is NO factory warranty for this guitar. The hard case does have a small dent on the back side (see photo), but is otherwise in new condition.
