Ok so up for grabs is an awesome axe!! This is the "Treys Custom" and Trey knows what he is doing!! Although this is one of his more unusual ones. Starting out with a gorgeous Ibanez RGT42DXFM Flame Maple Top. Neck Thru Solid Body. Add a Steve Vai Breed Pickup in the bridge and a John Petrucci Illuminator Pickup in the neck. The Ibanez bridge was switched out for an Original Floyd Rose Bridge. Which is unusual but worked out really well. Between the neck thru body, Floyd Rose, and pickups. The sustain and tone just ooze out of this guitar and the Floyd Rose takes to that sustain and tone really well. There are Sperzel tuners, which lock but that's not needed with the Floyd double locking. But may add to the tuning stability, it's hard to say. It already stays in tune very well. There are some dings and nicks around the bottom of the bridge area. I took pictures of them, there are a few signs of wear and tear. No major blemishes other than what is pictured. Custom colored hardware tie the whole guitars color scheme together. And then the strap buttons have been replaced with Dunlop Locking Strap Knobs and the Locking Strap is included. This guitar is a great sounding instrument, it has the usual high quality of Ibanez guitars. Plus all the upgrades and hardware. Than the Floyd Rose and the Pickups just turn it into a all around monster!! Can do any genre of music, and do it really well. Please look at pics of guitar, contact me with any questions.
