WFL White Pearl 4 peace drum set with hard cover cases. I bought this set in 1960 and played until Vietnam. I've had them stored in hard cover cases since (hence the exceptional color and finish). This set was manufactured between 1950 and 1955. The bass and snare are the 'Compacto Jobing Set' which was designed to be a quick setup for playing in clubs. The bass is actually an 18" x 20" floor tom. The bass drum can be played as a floor tom (I have the hardware to mount pedal under drum) or positioned as a bass drum (as seen in pictures). The snare drum is only 3" x 13" - designed as a Buddy Rich snare. This is one crisp snare! All are original but the bass has 2 stabilizer legs mounted on the front side of the drum. The floor tom and side tom where purchased at the same time as the rest of the set but have a different 'WFL' badge. Included:Snare 3" x 13", bass 18" x 20", tom tom 9" x 13", floor tom 16"16"Cymbals 18", 16", 14", hi-hat 12" - all Zildjian except the Hi hat All hardware is WFL (speed king bass pedal) with the exception of the small cymbal stand. Most of the drum heads are original skin (the snare and tom tom have been replaced) Your all set to go except for needing a seat. I need to find a good home for this set.
