I have resigned myself to part with this rarity due to an unforeseen financial downturn. It all works apart from two percussion buttons, although I have occasionally had a setting where they responded, yes the settings and combinations are inexhaustible. The cable is crackly so it would have to be refreshed. The paintwork has a few chips, displayed in the photos. I am happy to upload more if needed, postage would have to be worked out, it will be costly, it weighs a ton. I'll work this out in the next few days, the main thing at present is I've decided to let it go.I got to go but I'll post some links about this beast soon.http://www.voxshowroom.com/us/guitar/guitar_organ.htmlhttp://blackguitars.com/IMAGES/gallery/vox-guitar-organ/Vox%20V251%20Guitar%20Organ%20Service%20Manual.pdfI've just given it a quick road test, at present percussion buttons B, G, D, currently operational, the [A & E] (they appear between brackets) are tricky to get working, I have the pdf manual so I will investigate this. The E (above B) has snapped off but I have a replacement button. I contacted a vintage electronic workshop but they don't feel confident to change the percussion button (beats me) and the cable works fine once the player has settled into a static position, so I am not going to undertake these refurbishments, besides the replacement percussion button is red, and the remaining 5 original buttons are black so I would rather prefer to leave it to the buyer to make these decisions.  .In the meantime here are some brief video demos (I'm totally out of shape so you will not be overwhelmed by my virtuosity): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nide_blArrg https://youtu.be/Dzg-hJYleosHaving read through the pdf manual, I notice there is a mention of an "electronic plectrum" which helps to create the Hawaiian guitar sound, this plectrum is not included in this listing. Be aware that postage costs even within the UK will vary, the figure I came up with was for a London postcode. There is insurance cover included but I am still looking at alternative solutions. I am waiting on a UPS quote, which I should get tomorrow. I am happy to arrange for a pickup but for obvious safety reasons, I would require a PayPal payment upfront before arrangements could be made.
