Up for Auction is a 4Pc DW Collector's Series Drum Set in Ebony Satin Oil Finish. In good condition as shown. Check it out... Do have some other DW Collector's Series drums up in this same finish, so check my other auctions. I'm not a drummer so bear with me. This set is "all maple shell". The finish looks different colors in different light and the wood grain shows off more in certain light. Please excuse my poor photography skills. This set does look better in person. Picked these up from a dealer and these were supposed to belong to some famous/semi famous jazz player. Will furnish the name to winning bidder if interested and requested. Dusted em off and they appear to be in good to excellent condition considering that they are 18 years old now. No big gouges or anything to report.. just normal wear. Everything seems to adjust properly and nothing is rusted or stripped. Could use a mo better cleaning I'm sure. This set has a 20" kick that's 18" deep and has that Evans adjustable muffler inside as shown. It's the only drum that does not have any serial number badge or where one once was.. that I could find. There is probably a number stamped inside under the Evans thingie. All these are date stamped 1998 and there is an E flat stamp inside the kick. The Toms all have sequential serial numbers on badges as well as dates stamped inside. The 10" tom is stamped B flat, it's 9" deep, and the serial number is 113541. The 12" tom is stamped F, it's also 9" deep, and the serial number is 113542. The 14" floor tom is stamped B, it's 11" deep, and the serial number is 113543. The legs were added to the 14" tom, but the rack mount is still there if you want to use it instead. The Collector's Series badge was also removed from the 14" tom, and one of the leg mounts cover the holes. The badge will be included in the auction with the mount bolts. Just needs some TLC to be a great sounding set again. More photos below... This is a true auction with no reserve. Sold "as is" and what you see is what you will get....
