It is a popular red label that was produced only for about three years from 1969 to 1972. Spruce top, Hakaranda side & back, top and back are veneers. Mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard & bridge, original peg, tuning fork head logo, hakaranda veneer, original rod cover, original fingerboard inlay, original pick guard, rope pattern rosetta, wood binding. The top structure is Yamaha acoustic low peculiar tough early X-braising, it will be transmitted to both hands playing the feeling that the top plate shakes often. It is the highest grade item at that time, only this model is publicly used veneer with red label. Also minor changes like other sister items will be models without production from the start to production. There is volume, anyhow sound is good, it is a sound that can enjoy the true value of red label. Compared to the classic FG-180, it is a bass-less sound, the Hakaranda attack feeling and the sense of unity of the code are exhilarating, it makes me feel very fun playing. Dummy jack is attached to the end pin part. There is a center seam crack repair on the front board, hole embedding of the strap pin etc on the shoulder of the side board can be confirmed, but the neck play condition is preeminent because it has been adjusted to include fret exchange in recent years.
