Hello! For sale is a very rare dynamics processor, an MXR Compressor/Expander. The unit is from the '70s complete with wooden sides and a warm, vintage sound!This compressor is so rare it basically doesn't exist. :) I'm joking a bit, but the point is that you rarely see these for sale as they seem to be among the most obscure compressors out there. It has a unique sound character that only vintage '70s gear can have!The compressor has a L+R input and L+R output. It uses RCA-style jacks so it's ready to go in any modern studio. There are 2 buttons, a Suppress button and an Expand button, and 3 knobs - Threshold, Level and Ratio. This unit was kept in a smoke-free environment and it appears to be fully functional. Being that is a vintage item and I am not an expert on '70s MXR compressors it is being sold as-is. There are minor blemishes but overall it is in very nice cosmetic condition. The one cosmetic issue it has is that the front half of the left wood panel pulls apart from the unit a bit. I just keep a piece of tape holding the panel in place in the front.
