Gibson L6S Custom Guitar
Estimated price for orientation: 750 $
Category: Electric Guitars
Class:
Description Brand: Gibson Dexterity: Right-Handed Series: Custom String Configuration: 6 String Model: L6S Custom Exact Year: 1975 Body Type: Solid Country/Region of Manufacture: United States
Used, VG condition. Shows some 'buckle rash', not through finish. No noticeable scratches or dings. Switches/pots are quiet and smooth. Have sent photos to Gibson: The Gibson L6-S Custom model was introduced in 1973. The features on your instrument appear consistent with those of an L6-S Custom model built in 1975. S/N 108186. OHC exterior is pretty rough, interior is fine. Note: I am not a luthier nor a guitarist. My knowledge is limited. If you have any questions or would like specific photos, etc. please inquire before making a purchase and I will respond ASAP. It has been brought to my attention that there is a '2' stamped above the serial number. I have contacted Gibson for an explanation. Seems there were two different reasons for this. Gibson has responded that it indicates a minor blemish, which precluded it from being sold as a "first'. I haven't yet found the blemish, but thought potential buyers should be aware of this. Thanks.
