Carvin DC127 for Sale (I'm the original owner).Specs (as best I can remember):
-Maple neck through alder string through body
-Birdseye fingerboard with abalone inlays
-Quilted Maple top with a dark blueburst finish (see pictures, the finish is pretty dark so the quilt is fairly subtle compared to some of the fancier DTS finishes you see today)
-Sperzel locking tuners
-EMG 81 active pickups
-Stainless steel jumbos
-3 way selector (the mini toggles are disconnected)The finish is in nearly mint condition, there is a minor blemish where I nicked it changing strings (see headstock picture).This was my main guitar from 2007-2008 for practice and live shows, but since then it's mainly lived in its case now that I'm old and boring and don't play much anymore.A few potential issues to note:
-Gold hardware has some corrosion as well as the pickup rings have wear.
-Occasional buzzing from the input jack (I don't know if it's my cables or the jack), so sometimes I have to jiggle the cable to make it stop.
-Some fret buzz around the 13th fret on the middle few strings, this comes and goes as the weather changes from freezing cold to hot and humid summers here in Illinois. I don't know enough about truss rods and setting up guitars to trust myself to mess with it. It could probably use a good setup.$50 shipping to the lower 48 only. I'll ship in the pictured original hardshell case, it's got some scuffs but the latches are all in good shape. It'll be packed in a Kiesel box my last build came in.Sold as-is, no returns. I've done my best to describe the guitar as honestly as possible. Cross-posted on a few other sale sites.
