Washburn A20This is a great guitar, made in Japan in the early eighties (1980-1985), with body shapea little like the Firebird cutaway body. The body is in solid ash with a bound flamed maple top andwith a beautiful through neck. The ebony fingerboard has twenty-two frets with brass circular inlays, andbrass nut and the hockey stick type headstock has the six on a side chrome tuners. The two open humbuckers are great sounding, each with volume and tone controls and the volume pots have pull/push coil taps - plus there is a three-way pickup selector switch. The bridge/tailpiece has adjustable brass saddles with chrome surround. There are some marks on the back and edges from use as would be expected - the front is veryclean - and this is a superb playing guitar and very hard to find.
