This is a used but killer sounding Chandler Limited Germanium Preamp with Power Supply. The Phantom Power doesn't work and never worked since I got it from someone on craigslist years ago. Might be a loose wire or something I don't know but it never stopped me from using it with dynamic and ribbon mics and as a great bass DI. Also the VU meter button has a little gash in it but it doesn't affect the operation of the button at all and is only cosmetic. Besides that this preamp has been well cared for and always delivered the goods. I hate to see it go!
