Excellent like "New" condition!! This is an original 50s Road Worn Telecaster from the FIRST SERIES release, I believe a 2009 model!! The FIRST SERIES release of the Road Worn Series was made with a HEAVY RELIC FINISH with nice finish checking and included a white pickguard. The newer Road Worn's have a very light relic and a black pickguard. This unit has hardly been played and has just about ZERO fret wear as seen in photo. I'm also including a 8-hole Leopard Pickguard that is Brand NEW!
The wiring harness has been UPGRADED with a 4-WAY OAKS-GRIGSBY SWITCH, CTS POTS AND ORANGE DROP CAPACITOR!!!! This unit also features the original Fender Tex Mex Pickups and sounds AWESOME with the upgraded wiring!!! Also included is a original FENDER TWEED HARDCASE!! If you want the heavy relic Road Worn that are no longer available, this is your guy!! And this one is a player, with low action and great tuning stability!! I do not have a professional scale, but using my home scale it weighed in around 7.4 pounds.
