This beautiful Strat, never came out to play, selling for a friend who bought it two years ago, and then went down with serious arthritis to his hands, so he never got around to playing it. It comes complete with all the case candy, Fender strap, allen keys, and a Vintage style hardcase, with lock. I have played this guitar to check it over, and I have to say I was very impressed, she really does sing. Superbly finished in candy apple red, this is a stunning guitar, I only wish I could afford to buy it myself, but I already have six guitars.The 6oth Anniversary Commemorative Stratocaster is available during this year only as part of the celebrations of six decades of the world's most popular guitar. This US made Fender has several special features and appointments including three special design 1954 single coil Strat pickups, chrome hardware, custom engraved neck plate and headstock ingot. The 60th Anniversary Strat has a comfortable Maple neck with modern "C" profile and smooth, satin finish. The Maple fingerboard has 22 medium jumbo frets with black pearloid inlays and Micro-Tilt™ neck adjustment mechanism. The guitar has a nice touch in a custom engraved neck plate and headstock ingot. The Commemorative Strat has an Ash body with a comfortably contoured heel. The classic singing tone is produced by three special design 1954 single coil Strat® pickups with five way pickup switching and "no load" tone control for middle and bridge pickups, two point synchronized tremelo bridge with vintage style stamped steel saddles.
