Gorgeous Paul Reed Smith SE Mark Tremonti 2012. Black Finish with white accessories. Zebra Alnico 8 pickups, 3-way switch, 2 Vol 2 Tone electronics, and white powder coated tailpiece, poles, tuners, and strap studs. Powder coating is not 100% clean, but unnoticeable unless close and everything is fully functional. Finish of guitar is immaculate. Strung with new Ernie Ball Super Slinky 9's. Comes with case. An Alnico 8 Magnet has a stronger magnetic flux than the normal Alnico 5, more magnetism. A higher magnetic flux provides higher output and wider frequency response. I have always liked the Alnico 8 if you don't want to use Ceramic magnets that some use to try to get maximum output. The Alnico 8 magnet is a very good choice for a more modern sound with really good highs and deep, full, round bass. The higher output makes them "Rock on!" too. The sound is also bright, clear and crisp. Great for blues, classic rock, southern rock, jam, and hard rock. These pickups are wound with high quality German copper wire, 42AWG 4800 windings for the neck and 43AWG 7000 windings for the bridge. Pole spacing is 50mm neck and 52mm bridge.
