Every time we at VCP get one of these mid-late 90's ES-335 Dots in stock we can't help but drool a little bit.  The Nashville arm of Gibson was really on it's "A" game during this time period and cranking out pretty amazing guitars with premium maple that's now long gone. These killer 59-reissue 335's were some of the first guitars to roll out of the newly christened Nashville plant, and boy were they incredible.   Highly consistent and very faithful recreations of the holy grail 1959 ES-335 dot neck. This example is in great condition and has the original very early issued Classic 57 PAF pickups which sound incredible.   This guitar is 100% original and exceptionally clean with only minimal playwear and no cracks, breaks or repairs.
    The original case is in fantastic condition with the original trussrod tool and case lock tag.The original frets show very little playwear - tons of life left and no divots.
Only minor pick "swirls" in the finish, no significant wears or dings. The original Cherry Red finish is in amazing shape throughout.
