This is a vintage Meyer New York USA alto mouthpiece, medium chamber with a 4M facing, refaced to around 0.061".While I usually player larger tip openings, it plays great across the register and it seems like a decent refacing job. Unlike the newer New York USAs there's a lot of buzz and focus to the sound, and its scooped sidewalls (see last pic) show it's likely an earlier model closer to the Meyer Bros. It's hard to notice, but it looks like some professional repair work was previously done to the shank, which doesn't affect playability. You can see a faint line on the fifth picture (left of the New York USA stamping) showing the likely area where the repair was done but it's smooth to the touch. If you have any questions let me know. Thanks!
