Used AKAI MPC 4000 - OS 1.71 in good working condition. The vertical row of sensor pads 1, 5, 9 and 13 are not responding. This is most likely due to a circuit problem on the mother board from a loose solder joint. If you know how to solder this is a quick and inexpensive fix. Also, the down key requires a slight tilt to the right side while pressing down in order to get a response. This is also a quick and cheap fix by replacing the tact switch. The MPC was solely used by me as part of a smoke free in home studio. I had the memory fully upgraded to 512MB and installed an IB-48P 8 out Analog expansion. There are some very minor knicks and scuffs due to normal use, which does not impact functionality. See photos for full disclosure.
