Leo Fender's innovations and inventions have changed the way music is played since his first instruments in the 1940's. The aptly named Legacy pays tribute to Leo's designs with some modern upgrades. This pre-owned model is finished in a gorgeous Candy Apple Red with a matching headstock for an eye-catching look. The satin-finish Maple neck is topped with a 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard that plays fast and comfortable. Three Alnico G&L pickups provide plenty of classic S-style tones from full-bodied neck pickup sounds to quacky "in-between" tones. G&L's PTB tone controls let you dial in not only the right amount of treble, but the right amount of bass for everything from warm jazz to biting funk.
