Haar Traditional JM 2-tone Wine Red 2016 Haar guitars are made by by Erik van der Haar and his small team in IJsselstein Netherlands. And Haar guitars are truly something else. Not the typical composed licensed parts manufactured like many are, but all parts are completely made by hand from scratch with selected and matured tonewoods. Erik owns a plek-machine that makes it possible for him to intonate the guitars perfectly and add a compound radius fingerboard that increases the playability of Haar guitars to a more than impressive level. These are really special guitars, and it's understandable that many of the pro-Dutch guitarplayers use it on stage.This 2016 Traditional-JM Custom has a non-aged alder body with a nitro wine red finish, C shape quarter sawn maple neck with a 12" compound radius rosewood fretboard with medium frets, mastery bridge, Jazzmaster tremolo, Gotoh SD91 tuners, 648mm scale length, 43mm nut width, 3-ply tortoise pickguard, bone nut, black knobs and a Fralin JM in the neck-, and a Fralin JM+5% in the bridge positoin. In excellent condition with some playwear and signs of use in the body finish.
