I purchased this beautiful Mark VI in 1992 from Nick Rail Music in Santa Barbara, Ca. It has a serial number of 185xxx, so it was manufactured probably between 1970-71. Overall, its condition is very good. lacquer is around 70% and is original. The neck came with the horn when I purchased it, but it doesn't have a serial number. It is an authentic Mark VI neck and I assume that it was the original. The saxophone was overhauled about ten years ago, but all of the pads and metal resonators are in good condition. It could probably use a tune-up, but it blows freely and has a classic Mark VI tone. Normal wear and tear for a Mark VI of this vintage. I'm including an Ottolink Super Tone Master with a 9 facing, original factory purchased around 2001 with a silver selmer ligature. Also, I will ship the horn in the only case I have for it, a very rare Selmer Flight case manufactured in the late 1970's. This Tenor Mark VI is an amazing saxophone! Shipping is $100, United States only.
