New little scratch Large bargains ! In 1963, Firebird that came out with innovative structure and design. A model that breathed a new breath was completed for individualism guitar representing that 60's.
Mr. Takahiro Matsumoto called Asia's leading guitar player and the close relationship between Gibson Custom, which is responsible for tradition inheritance and innovation, has always been TAK MATSUMOTO Les Paul, TAK MATSUMOTO DC, a number of epoch-making We have released the product. And this release, TAK MATSUMOTO FIREBIRD, was again finished with tonality, looks, and playability in combination with originalness and Gibson's likeness 2 Regarding Firebird V owned by himself who used to modify Hambucca, Gibson got consultation from Mr. Matsumoto dating back to November 2012. It was a request that "I like my favorite Firebird design as much as possible, can not make a model that liked the body balance and operability at the time of playing with taste"?
Based on this, the Gibson custom development team including engineer Edwin Wilson will be inspired "We will make a completely newly designed firebird suitable for calling us as a new TAK model that we are convinced" .
Thus in 2013 the TAK MATSUMOTO FIREBIRD project started in earnest. In September of the same year, the first prototype was delivered to Mr. Matsumoto just before the performance of Nissan Stadium. Sound check was carried out during the rehearsal of this performance, and it was confirmed that the tone was already the finish of the practical level at this stage, but I wanted to lower the body size slightly, which surfaced to improve operability In order to reflect the new request, we decided to produce a second prototype that shrunk the body in units of a few percent.
In May 2014, the second prototype 2 (Sunburst & Cherry) which completed all those tasks was completed, and it was launched as the main guitar in the performance of Tak Matsumoto LIVE 2014 New Horizon, "A sound with higher quality than expected "The productization was finalized after the highest tribute of" Complaints "was given. ●Condition Excellent condition for the exhibition,only a bit scratch
