This came to us with a few things that needed to be addressed. It got a new head, a new bridge and new Waverly tuners (which are the best modern replacements for the original Grovers, one of which was shot). The replacements are true to the originals and they work way better. Set up nicely with an Aquila Nylgut Banjo Ukulele set. It really barks for a such little thing and will no doubt endear you to BOTH your banjo AND ukulele loving neighbors. Bathtub Gin / Racoon Coat mojo from way back in the day.The resonator is not original. It's an old well executed replacement. The original resonators on these tend to de-laminate over time and that is probably happened to the original on this one. No cracks or breaks. With cool coffin case most likely made by the same person who did the resonator. Way cool and way playable.
