Some Fading is Present on the "Play" Button & "Talk Back" Button near the scrub wheel due to it's use in the studio environment, Overall very nice cosmetic condition. Has Wood Print Vinyl Trim on front Edge/Arm Rest that was added by previous studio engineer and owner and can be removed or replaced over. Our #1 priority is for the buyer to get a unit that's completely ready to go and set up for maximum long term service and reliability so we had it completely gone through by Advanced Musical Electronics, the Avid authorized service center in LA. The service cost was over $400.
