Here is a cool old Gibson LS6 from the mid 70's. This guitar plays and sounds amazing. Natural finish, beautiful rosewood fretboard, original large frets, 2 humbuckers, 3 way selector and master volume/tone selector. This instrument shows normal cosmetic wear typical of a played guitar of this age. There are two small cracks (see close up pics) one on the back near the neck joint and another on the front at the bottom. Both cracks are stable and do not affect the functionality of the guitar. Just trying to disclose condition to all potential buyers.Tuners have been upgraded to Grover Imperials. The original screws and holes were utilized so no extra holes were drilled. One tuner missing gear cap.Well used original case included From Google wiki
The  L6-S is a solid body electric guitar. It was the same shape, very much like a wide , but with a 24 fret two-octave neck, the first Gibson guitar to have this.
L6-S Deluxe 1974–79Around 3,500 L6-S Deluxe guitars were produced. The Deluxe had a set maple neck, with a rosewood fingerboard. Controls include a pickup selector, master volume, and tone control. Strung through the body. Mike Oldfield used this model around 1979 .
