This is the Avanti 1000BEF Flute. The flute has a sterling silver head joint, silver plated body, split E-mechanism, B-foot and offset G. All Avanti flutes are 100% made in the United States. The Avanti 1000 is perfect for any flutist looking to upgrade to an intermediate/ lower professional flute. The head joint is hand finished sterling silver which creates a uniquely designed undercutting of the embouchure hole. This, in turn, leads to even airflow for a responsive third register matched with a full and rich tone. It is made with the professional Straubinger Phoenix pads and elegant keys. It is an open hole flute. It's case is a French style with a cover.I played this flute for two years in high school and no longer play now that I am in college.
